How do we trust what an agent did?
You don't have to — you verify it. Our compliance work seals agent decisions into evidence packets an auditor can verify without trusting the system that produced them: cryptographic signatures, trusted timestamps, append-only ledgers. Most projects need less than that; the discipline transfers regardless.
What stops an agent from going off the rails?
Code, not prompts. Destructive commands are blocked by a deterministic hook before execution, verdicts come from real checks rather than the agent's own claims, and loops are hard-capped. A human gate sits wherever the cost of a wrong action is real.
