AI Voice Agents
A voice agent is judged in the first three seconds: does it understand, does it answer fast, and does it know its limits. We build voice agents for booking, support, intake and qualification that resolve the routine calls end to end — and transfer the hard ones to your team with a transcript and a summary, so the caller never repeats themselves.
The engineering is the same discipline as our chatbots — grounded answers, deterministic guardrails, latency budgets per turn — with a speech layer on top: streaming speech-to-text and text-to-speech, barge-in handling, and conversation design for audio, where a paragraph that reads fine is three sentences too long. Built on the same conversation core we deliver across chat channels, so voice is a surface, not a second system.

Evaluator questions
Asked by every serious buyer
How fast does it respond?
Latency is engineered per turn, not hoped for: streaming synthesis starts speaking before the full answer is generated, and the retrieval fast paths we build for chat apply on voice too. Slow answers are the failure mode we design against first.
What happens when it can't help?
It says so and transfers — with the transcript and a one-line summary attached. An agent that knows its limits is what makes the rest of its answers trustworthy.
